Fresno County Food Handler Training Class
(does not meet the Food Safety Manager Certification required by CURFFL section 113716)

Looking to learn more information on the basics of safe food handling?

We offer a FREE food handler training class that will address the main issues of preparing and handling food in a safe and sanitary manner. There is a 25-question test at the end of class. Those who pass the test receive a food handler's card signifying successful completion of the class.

The class typically meets the first Monday of the month in Room 120 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Attendees must register for the class. Click here for a map to our office.
