Are you exposed to secondhand smoke in the workplace or are aware of a business that allows indoor smoking? The Tobacco Prevention Program will take your complaint and forward it to the appropriate law enforcement agency. The Tobacco Prevention Program works in collaboration with law enforcement personnel throughout Fresno County, in an effort to eliminate the exposure of secondhand smoke in the workplace as mandated by state legislation.
