Crisis Management Response Team
(CMRT) This mobile unit provides mental health services to adults, teens and children 24-hrs, 7 days a week (559) 453-5702.

Diversion Services
- available to CalWORKs eligible families who require only one-time cash or in-kind assistance to secure or retain employment (i.e.: car repairs, license, etc.), and who do not require ongoing public assistance. Apply at 4468 E. Kings Canyon Rd., Fresno. For information call 9559) 456-7498.

Emergency Food Stamps

Emergency Medi-Cal

Emergency Response Team
(ERT) provides assistance to the public and other agencies by responding to hazardous materials spills, accidents and to non-business hours emergencies that involve the Department of Community Health. ERT can be reached during business hours at (559) 445-3271 or after hours through the Fresno Sheriff's Office at (559) 488-3111.

Emergency Psychiatric Services
(EPS) Provides mental health evaluation to adults, teens and children 24-hrs, 7 days a week (559) 459-5124. (Located at University Medical Center)

Homeless Assistance
- available to homeless CalWORKs eligible families to meet the costs of securing permanent housing, and for temporary shelter while seeking housing. Apply at 4449 E. Kings Canyon Rd., Fresno. For information call (559) 453-6709.

Immediate Need
- CalWorks cash assistance may be issued within three working days to eligible families with no income or liquid resources. Apply at 4468 E. Kings Canyon Rd., Fresno. For information call (559) 456-7498.

Office of Emergency Services
