Individuals who may have received one of the promotional soft sided lunch boxes depicted in the picture to the right should return it to the Department of Community Health at 1221 Fulton Mall, Fresno, CA. 93721. Bags may be placed in a collection bin in the main lobby on the first floor of the Brix building. Should you have any questions please contact the Lead Prevention Program at (559) 445-3590.
