The Southeast Asian Program provides culturally appropriate mental health services to Fresno County residents of Southeast Asian descent (Hmong, Cambodian, Lao, Vietnamese, Mein) who have a mental illness. Services are provided by staff who speak the target languages or through interpreters at no charge to the consumer. Services take place in the office, in the home and at various locations in the community 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
