The goal of the Fresno County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is to provide evaluation and appropriate treatment to consumers with serious mental disorders so that they may return to a less restrictive living environment upon discharge.

Objectives:

To provide prompt medical and psychiatric evaluation to individuals admitted to the PHF To provide appropriate treatment and supervision To link consumers to appropriate services for follow-up care or treatment. To protect the legal rights of consumers admitted to the PHF.
