The Psychiatric Assessment Center for Treatment (PACT) serves Fresno County residents suffering from acute and serious mental disorders or an emotional crisis. Consumers are assessed and services are provided without discrimination against differences in sex, race, creed, religion, language, cultural traditions, sexual preference, physical disability or ability to pay. The PACT provides outpatient assessment and treatment services persons requiring urgent mental health services. |
