The Psychiatric Assessment Center for Treatment (PACT) provides outpatient assessment and treatment services for persons requiring urgent mental health services or persons with acute mental illness. The purposes of PACT are:

to provide comprehensive mental health assessment, observation, stabilization, initial treatment, discharge planning, linkage and referral for individuals who present with a mental health crisis to assist individuals and families experiencing acute mental health crisis by providing mental health assessment, crisis intervention/stabilization services and linkage to all who present for help to evaluate and provide treatment to individuals suffering from a mental illness or from an emotional crisis with the most appropriate services and at the least restrictive level of care.
