The New Support Treatment Advocacy Rehabilitation Team (New START) provides comprehensive supportive counseling, medication follow-up and discharge planning with short term case management services to adult inmates in the Fresno County Jail. Additionally, the team provides elective therapy, preventative treatment services and training to the mental health and correctional officer staff.
