The Jail Assessment Team (J.A.T.) provide 24-hour crisis assessment, stabilization, court-ordered evaluation and medication services to the adult inmate population. Assessment is done during booking and/or anytime during the incarceration period. Intervention treatment is included to assist the inmate in adjusting to the jail environment and to help strengthen their independent coping skills.
