The Crisis Management Response Team provide mobile, community based crisis management and intensive, brief case management services to residents living in Fresno County.

Services include:

Twenty-four hour/seven day a week community based crisis intervention and stabilization to prevent hospitalization Psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis Medication evaluation, education and monitoring Thirty day case management services to provide linkages to other mental health or support services Assessment, referral and linkage to other mental health, substance abuse and community services as well as to other services in the Human Services System Collateral services to families and/or significant others
