This mobile mental health treatment program is provided to Fresno County adults and children in crisis.

The program's objectives are to provide:

Interdisciplinary, culturally diverse community-based crisis intervention and relapse prevention services to consumers to help ensure the least restrictive level of care. Timely response to crisis situations. Substance abuse referral for evaluation and services. Linkage to private providers, other social services or to services the mental health consumer is having difficulty accessing. Linkage to long term case coordination. Medication monitoring and education. Collateral and family supportive services. Short term case management services.
