CREW is a Mental Health Outpatient Service that provides quality mental health care and education services, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The program is located at 2171 N. Fine Ave., 93727. Telephone number is 455-2000. CREW Services is part of the Community Integration Division of the Department of Behavioral Health.

Services provided are dedicated to providing quality, time limited, mental health education and outpatient services to persons who have been evaluated and approved for treatment through the County Department of Adult Services. The program is designed to help people with mental illness achieve stability and learn the skills they need to live and work in the community. All services at CREW offer participants a safe, Respectful, recovery-oriented environment.

Through group and class-type activities consumers are able to focus on their individual needs, strengths, choices, and are involved in their services planning and its implementation. The goal is to help each individual to take charge of their lives through informed decision making. Services are focused on achieving specific measurable objectives and personal milestones to support the individual in accomplishing his/her desired objective(s) to improve their lives. The services are limited only to residents of Fresno County.
