The Crisis program provides supervision, support and intervention in a residential setting to stabilize a consumer with the goal of preventing hospitalization.

The Transitional/Residential program provides 90-day residential treatment services to consumers with mental disorders to facilitate their involvement in primary mental health treatment and enable a smooth transition back into the community. A structured and supportive group living environment is provided and skill development, goal-setting, independent decision making and use of community resources is encouraged. Consumers learn social, coping, self-care and independent living skills.

Apollo:

  • Assists consumers to move to independent functioning in the community.
  • Assists consumers to move toward independence in their living situation.
  • Helps prevent regression to more dependent living situations and/or reduces re-hospitalization.
