The Human Services System (HSS) Selma Regional Center, located in the Town and Country Shopping Center at McCall and Dinuba Avenues in Selma, provides services to adults, children and families living in the southeast region of Fresno County. The Selma site is a one-stop center that includes the departments of Adult Services, Children & Family Services, Community Health and Employment & Temporary Assistance and additionally Substance Abuse Services, and the Fresno County District Attorney's Family Support and Investigations Division, Fresno County Probation's Juvenile Probation Services and Victim Services.

Additional services available at the Center include on-site child-sitting while at the Center, free family legal services through Fresno County Superior Court, Domestic Violence legal services through Central California Legal Services, Driving-Under-the-Influence classes through the Fresno County Hispanic Commission, parenting classes, in English and Spanish, for parents and children, domestic abuse classes for offenders through Las Palmas Counseling Center, substance abuse education classes, office assistant training through Reedley College, EOC energy assistance, and teen support group meetings
